Though the Sanskrit text of Mahabharata is available online and it could be converted to Malayalam fairly easily, proof reading all the one lakh slokas will be too much work unless there is a very large team of workers to do that.
One person cannot prepare even the original slokas in Malayalam. Then how can one even think of translating them alone. As it is there is no effective team or group of volunteers anywhere to do such translations of Hindu scriptures. Ramayana of Valmiki too is not yet digitised in Malayalam. I hope and pray that some day a team of volunteers would come forward to take up such noble work.
I am currently preparing an ebook mahabharata comics pdf free download Chanakya Sutra. You too could start doing such work in your spare time.
